Yay!
Today, Sofie (Wisj designs) and me are presenting our newest (and free) pattern,
the Ellis envelope case.
Ellis is a very simple case in several sizes.
It’s lined and it closes with a snap in front.
We drafted no less than 5 sizes for you, 4 are shown in the picture below 🙂
1.The smallest size (the blue one in the picture) is meant to wrap small gifts or giftcards in, perfect for birthdays or Christmas/New year.
2.Next up: the pencil case, if your kids need a new one, this is the size to go for. Don’t need one? Use this size to make yourself a gorgeous clutch working with faux leather or oilskin.
3.The green case holds our tablet, safely wrapped up to take it with us 🙂
4. The largest size was drafted for your laptop, it comes in two sizes because there are lots of laptop types in the market. The pattern offers you a case for a 13″ laptop and one for an 18″ laptop.
You can choose to work with all kinds of fabrics/materials, I chose to make mine using the most beautiful faux leather, found when I visited Svenja in her shop, Toverstof.
Find these beauties here!
This faux leather has a nice structure and the colors work so well together!
I mixed and matched all of them for my small collection 😉
For a special effect, we added a color block version for every size.
The right bottom corner (of left of course) will have this little lovely accent.
Sofie went to work too and her Ellis cases are sooooo pretty, I’m truly in love with her style!
